To Our Valued Guests,
We want to take a moment to address something that has become increasingly important to us.
Our restaurant has a very small kitchen and a hardworking team that truly cares about providing great food and great service. During busy times, our kitchen can experience longer wait times—sometimes an hour or more. While we understand that waiting can be frustrating, we ask for your patience and understanding.
What is not acceptable is disrespectful, or rude behavior toward our staff. Our employees come to work each day doing their very best under challenging circumstances. They do not control the size of our kitchen. Our kitchen staff is working as quickly and efficiently as possible to prepare every meal with care while our wait staff works hard to keep our guests taken care of while they wait. No one deserves to be yelled at, insulted, or made to feel less than while doing their job.
We are committed to treating every guest with kindness and respect, and we ask for that same courtesy in return. We are incredibly grateful for the many customers who continue to support us, show patience during our busiest times, and recognize the hard work our team puts in every day. Your kindness means more than you know.
