THREE YEARS TOMORROW?! HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!

Potsdam, you’ve given us an incredible 3 years at The Airport Diner, and we couldn’t let the milestone pass without saying one BIG THANK YOU!

To our amazing patrons... thank you for walking through our doors, grabbing a cup of coffee, ordering the same thing you’ve ordered for 3 years (you know who you are)😂😂, trying something new, and making our little diner part of your lives. We truly wouldn’t be here without you!

To our staff, past and present .. THANK YOU! You’ve worked the crazy mornings, survived the lunch rushes, carried more plates than we can count, listened to “HOW MANY EGGS?!” approximately 47,000 times, and somehow kept smiling through it all. You are a huge part of what makes this place special.

To our family and friends... thank you for putting up with the long hours, the “I’ll be home soon” that definitely wasn’t soon, the endless diner talk, and all the blood, sweat, coffee, and probably a few tears that go into making this place work.

Running a diner is A LOT of hard work. There are early mornings, late afternoons, slammed dining rooms, empty coffee pots, full dish pits, and those moments when you wonder if everyone in Potsdam decided to order breakfast at the exact same time.

But then we look around and see our packed dining room, familiar faces, new faces, our staff working together, and people laughing over a meal — and we remember exactly why we do it.

Thank you, Potsdam, for supporting our dream, our family, our staff, and The Airport Diner.

Here’s to more coffee, more pancakes, more crazy rushes, more laughs, and hopefully… a few less dishes.
