We’re doing something new at our Portsmouth, NH roastery: a light roast! ☕️✨

The green beans for this new light roast comes from Tanzania’s Mondul Estate, located in the northern part of the country, not far from Mount Kilimanjaro. The estate is a sustainable, modern farm that supports an on-site community through housing and localized social programs.

For this coffee, we decided to roast the Tanzanian green beans lighter to highlight their naturally fruity flavors—and we really love the result. We hope you do too! 🍓☕️
