EVERY year, Massimo wins the Most Romantic Restaurant on the Seacoast award. And truly — we adore him. He’s suave, he’s Italian, he probably wakes up looking like he’s about to star in a romance film.

But at The Library, we’re out here performing romantic acrobatics.
