✨️ thanks to a grant with we will have the opportunity to start using mince scup on little fish menu all summer! 😎

🙏 thanks , and for the inspiring class on kelp! 🪸
🍽 we learned how to add this sea vegetable to our menus using techniques like drying, pickling and pureeing.
🫛 not too fishy, the flavor profile is more vegetable and has a bouncy, lofty texture. can't wait to add in some kelp on the food truck this summer!
