The Mississippi Avenue Street Fair!

The Mississippi Avenue Street Fair (https://www.mississippiave.org/events/mississippi-street-fair) is tomorrow, July 11th!!! (We will be open from 11am-8pm) Come enjoy the festivities on the whole street between Fremont and Skidmore, and have a bite to eat at PQN! We always consider the Street Fair as our anniversary party for PQN, and this year we turn 21!!!

Come enjoy a very fun vibe on a beautiful day and celebrate with us!
The PQN kitchen will be making some special, beautiful fruit cups with mango, watermelon, jicama, cucumber & lime with a sprinkle of Tajin and a jolt of Chamoy. Fun to eat while walking the blocks of the Street Fair!

The performance is part of Portland Arts Week (https://portlandartsweek.com/) , and this specific show at Darcelle Plaza XV is curated by our very own Claire, who also organizes all of our Wednesday fundraisers for PPS schools and makes the restaurants look beautiful! Juneteenth fundraiser at both locations!

Today, 6/19 (Juneteenth), both PQN locations are donating 10% of sales to Juneteenth Oregon (https://juneteenthor.com/) , an organization that has been “preserving the legacy of Juneteenth in Oregon since 1945.” Juneteenth Oregon preserves this legacy by throwing one of the best celebrations in North Portland, which begins on Saturday, June 20th with There will be a parade starting at 11am at King Elementary School, followed by a festival starting at 12pm at Lillis-Albina Park featuring live performances, guest speakers, children's activities, and more! We hope you get a chance to check it out!
