My stay at Hotel Eastlund was amazing! The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bed was seriously one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, and the walk-in shower was awesome — it felt like a little luxury getaway.
What really made the experience stand out though was Heidi at the front desk during the night shift. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. After a long day, her personality and sense of humor made such a difference. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, not just like another guest checking in.
It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positivity and kindness to their job. Heidi is a huge asset to Hotel Eastlund, and I hope she knows how much she’s appreciated. Between the beautiful room, comfortable stay, and amazing service, I’ll absolutely be back!
