This bold dish highlights ASC Certified Hawaiian Kanpachi from our friends at Blue Ocean Mariculture with coconut curry emulsion, Fresno chile and topped with charred pineapple, cilantro oil and Thai Basil. If you’re a fan of flavor with a hint of heat, this is definitely up your alley.
