We are excited to welcome Memorial Day 2026 and with that brings us one step closer to the opening of the Terlingua Sidecar! We are on the search for 1 more Side Car full-time team member to join us this season. If you know anyone who may be interested in working alongside a great group of people and working with delicious foods outdoors all summer- send them our way by DM’ing here or sending an email to: [email protected]

Basic qualifications include:

Open availability fully: Thursday-Sunday’s: June 1-October 11..

• At least 3-years of kitchen experience
• Food truck experience a plus
