Our goal is to source the highest quality ingredients from local vendors when possible. We always use organic, free range eggs (sometimes from our own chickens), our waffle and pancake mixes, biscuits, and cookies are scratch made with mostly organic ingredients. We make everything in house including sauces, dressings, soup, & chili. Our sandwich breads and bagels are locally sourced as well as so

me of our seasonal produce. We use organic ingredients whenever possible because we believe that food is fuel and quality matters!
