Wash your bún Berlu down with our kẹo mè xửng huế latte, a drink inspired by the traditional Vietnamese peanut brittle.

Here, roasted peanut milk is topped with double espresso + a toasted sesame foam. We add a little peanut brittle on top for fun lil bites of candy.

It’s going to be a lil chilly this weekend, so we’re bringing back our comforting bún Berlu.

Here, rice vermicelli noodles are topped with Lan Roc pork belly/shrimp meatballs, organic greens, peanuts, + a lively roasted chicken broth.

We’ll have chạo tôm (shrimp) meatballs + a vegan version with mushrooms + Sunrise Organic Farm LLC peppers/tomato.
