We have the uniquely cool opportunity to land bluefin tuna, caught by our founder, at our buy station on Portland Pier before bringing it a couple piers over to Upstream Portland, for them to cut it, before Chef Mike and Matt walk over to get it and serve it up on plates at Dry Dock.
