Hello. We were made aware of a video circulating social media.
Please let us explain the situation. Our facility is regularly serviced by an oil company for grease trap cleanings.
The liquid was excess water from the kitchen and the orange oily color was due to our dipping sauce that was just done. With that said, this should NOT have occurred and should have been disposed properly.
We have engaged an environmental company to mitigate any potential issues and they have informed us that particular drainage goes to the dry well underneath the parking lot and not to the storm water drains.
We will work on educating our personnel on safety and regulations to ensure this will not happen again. We are a small family business working hard to stay open during this tough economic time.
