Monday - Friday we are taking off for some self rest and family time. Then back to an action packed weekend at Thompson's Point with Sierra Ferrell and The Ghost Of Paul Revere .

The Great Wave Dragon Roll: Shrimp tempura, mixed crab, cucumber inside. With Unagi and avocado on top drizzled in eel sauce and wasabi mayo!

Thursday Summer Sunset Series come catch the wave with great wave sushi 🌊.

Friday new special drops as well as fan favorites, only at Après. I’m thinking the return of the Toro Supreme Roll ❤️

Saturday and Sunday we are down at Thompson's Point / State Theatre, Portland, Maine with the best show of the season Lake Street Dive . Always selling out the venue with an amazing line up@of trucks! Let go!

You only have one public chance to catch Great Wave Sushi this week and it’s at Orange Bike Brewing Company on Thursday.

Other than that we will be at Thompson's Point State Theatre, Portland, Maine for Friday , Saturday and Sunday! But tickets are still available so come and enjoy your favorite venue with your favorite food truck ❤️🌊🙌🏼
