Hi crew! Tomorrow is pop-up day at Two Fat Cats Bakery - this month, I've made SNICKERS CRUNCH which is crushed peanut brittle and fudge ripple in a vanilla base. There is quite a lot of peanut brittle in this batch, as it's house-made in our bakery, and of course I made the fudge, too.

I only had time to make about 25 pints and there are some at each store. See you tomorrow at 8am!

Also, South Portland is having an open house tomorrow and I'm making $2 espresso drinks and selling slices of cake. Come get!

Why yes, I am staying late at the bakery tonight to make this month's Rosanna's Ice Cream pop up specials...

You remember "Liz Lemon". ? Well I'm riffing on that with something called "Liz Lemon Bar" and it's gonna be wicked. Light, refreshing lemon ice cream with Two Fat Cats lemon bars all smashed up in it.

Available this Friday at both Two Fat Cats locations. Limited quantity!

Pop-up alert- tomorrow, (Ice Cream Friday 4/28) a pop-up at Two Fat Cats is occurring. This time it's STRAWBERRY OREO available by the pint. I only made 30 pints so get there early! Both locations will have half the stash.
