In conjunction with Dry January a handful of Sesame Collective restaurants are giving away recipes for a few of our house N/A Cocktails! Our contribution is this delicious little Pomegranate 'Margarita'. We've got all the recipe details below if you wanna make one at home - or you can stop by and enjoy one with us! ❤️

Pomegranate 'Margarita'
2 oz Pomegranate Shrub
1.5 oz Lime Juice5 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Soda Water

Combine the first three ingredients. Shake. Top with soda. Strain into a rocks glass rimmed with urfa salt. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Pomegranate Shrub
500 g Sugar
6 C Pomegranate Juice
3 C Apple Cider Vinegar

Heat Pomegranate juice. Add sugar. Stir to incorporate. Add vinegar.

Urfa Salt
1:1 Kosher salt and Urfa Biber

Our outdoor patio is getting some weather proofing and will be closed today, November 5th, through Monday November 8th. In the meantime we will still be doing limited indoor seating (with proof of COVID vaccination) and plenty of takeout. On the 8th we'll be back to our normal seating options with the outdoor option being a lot more comfortable going into these rainy days. With that being said - here is our Pomegranate 'Margarita'. A no proof margarita that has some real punch from a house made pomegranate shrub.

Soup season is upon us and we are pumped! So wan to kick it off with this delicious tomato soup. The base of this one is made with carrots, onion, garlic, tomato, and just a little bit of jalapeño. That all gets blended to make that rich color. Then it gets garnished with olive oil, parsley, and rosemary harif (think hot sauce). It also comes with slices of sharp cheddar cheesy pita. Available all day, every day - so next time you need a pickup on a rainy day, you know where to come!

Some might argue that could brew season is coming to an end... We say cold brew is forever! That's why we keep our Turkish Coffee Cold Brew on draft. It all starts with Cold Brew which we love for the chocolate, and dried dates notes. We infuse it with toasted cardamom and vanilla and then slightly sweeten it. We keg that up and serve it ice cold. Tag a coffee lover in the comments that should try this! 👀❤🥰
