On April 15, 2002, we embarked on our journey by opening our first hot pot restaurant in Portland. Through years of tireless dedication, sincerity, genuine care, and the endless support and love from our customers, we have come to where we are today, up to 2024. Our restaurant has welcomed customers from around the world, creating a rich and diverse community that goes beyond mere customer-restaurant relationships – we are like close-knit family and friends.
Unfortunately, during a recent winter storm, our restaurant faced a significant challenge - the interior plumbing of the building was severely damaged. According to the landlord’s estimates, repairs won’t be complete until June 2024. Faced with the uncertainty of the coming months, we have made the difficult decision to close our business. We understand this news will come as a shock to many of our loyal customers. For us, it's like saying goodbye to a child we've nurtured for years, filled with an overwhelming sense of loss and sorrow.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to all the customers who have supported and cherished us. It's because of you that our journey has been so memorable and wonderful. We treasure every moment spent with each of our customers, memories which will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
In the future, although our doors will no longer be open, our love for cuisine drives us to possibly look for new opportunities. Therefore, we invite you to keep following us, and should there be any new developments, we will share them with you at the earliest.
Thank you once again for your support and companionship over the years. We hope to have the opportunity to meet again soon and create more wonderful memories together. Until then, please accept our heartfelt thanks and sincere best wishes. Thank you, everyone.

不幸地，在最近一次的冬季風暴中，我們遭遇了重大的挑戰——餐廳的建築物內部水管受到了嚴重損害。根據房東的估計，一切要到2024年6月才能完全修復。面對接下來幾個月的不確定性，我們經過深思熟慮後，作出了一個艱難的決定：結束營業。我們深知這一消息對許多忠實顧客來講將是一個不小的震驚。對我們而言，這像是與自己辛苦培育多年的孩子不得不說再見，心中充滿了無盡的不捨與哀傷。
在此，我們想對所有曾經支持、愛護我們的顧客表達我們最深的感激之情。正是因為有了您們，我們的旅程才如此精彩與難忘。我們珍惜與每位顧客共度的每一刻，這些記憶將永遠珍藏在我們心中。
