It’s a summer of goodbyes. 9 years of running Belleville have been a labor of love. We put everything we had into the business. We’re ready to move on from small business bakery life, so we’re closing all operations at Belleville. 

We’ll be OPEN Saturday only this weekend for retail at Forest Ave. and plan to open a couple more days for retail in September for a final goodbye (details to follow). We’ll continue to bake for wholesale clients thru the month of September before completely shutting down operations by October 1. 

Thank you all for the years of support which allowed us to experiment and bake what we loved. This business fulfilled a lifelong dream of ours and it has been an honor to bake for you. Thank you to all the talented people who worked with us to create the food and atmosphere we strived for. 

Running a small food service business is a grind. Running a small business while simultaneously raising a family is at times an impossible juggling act. Kudos to all those small business owners out there working hard right now. We see you.

Thank you for the most loving North St send-off last week. Starting tomorrow, you can find us and all your favorite croissants at 767 Forest Ave. on Saturdays and Sundays 8am-12pm. We hope you’ll continue to shop with us there while we navigate this transition. Questions? Ask us in the comments.
