You’ve likely noticed that the Greater Portland restaurant scene is moving through a time of significant change, and you might have heard that will be closing our doors at the restaurant. We’re sad to say it’s true - we’ve made the difficult decision to close Slab effective October 12th. ⁣

For over a decade, we’ve had the privilege to bring Stephen Lanzalotta’s masterpiece to the masses, and the reception has been overwhelmingly positive! We’re so grateful for the national recognition we’ve received and for our fans far and wide - we cannot thank you enough for your support and kind words through the years. ⁣

We also want to give huge props to our dedicated staff who have enthusiastically embraced the art & science behind creating the most luscious pizza in all the land.⁣

Don’t count us out: we’ll be keeping the Slab vibes alive with our incredible take & bake rising crust pizza that you can find at local stores including Hannaford, Rosemont Market, Pat’s Meat Market, Market Basket and other locations. Click here for a full list:
