Small businesses don't have to compete to succeed. 🤝

One of the biggest dreams behind I Deserve This isn't just opening a coffee shop.

It's creating a place where small businesses can grow together.

As a small business owner myself, I've experienced firsthand how much heart goes into creating something from the ground up. Long days. Late nights. Learning as you go. Celebrating every sale, every returning customer, and every small milestone.

I've also learned something else.

The businesses I admire most aren't the ones trying to outshine everyone around them.

They're the ones cheering for one another.

Sharing ideas.

Celebrating wins.

Offering encouragement.

That's the kind of community I want to help build.

Our vision has never been to fill every shelf with our own products. It's to create opportunities for other small businesses to be seen, supported, and celebrated alongside us.

When we partner with local makers through the I Deserve This Program, our goal isn't to ask them to sacrifice their value. We believe they deserve to be paid fairly for the time, skill, and care they put into what they create.

Because supporting small businesses shouldn't mean asking them to earn less.

It should mean finding ways for all of us to thrive together.

When one small business succeeds, our community becomes stronger.

When many small businesses succeed together, everyone benefits.

That's the future we're working toward.

One built on collaboration instead of competition.

Your Best. Our Best. We're in this together.

Meet the Owner ☕️✨

Hi, I’m Sable — the person behind I Deserve This.

I’m a mom, small business owner, professional collector of too many ideas, and someone who genuinely believes businesses can make money without forgetting about the people they serve.

I Deserve This came from wanting to build something that feels different.

I love good coffee. I love small businesses. I love wandering vendor markets and finding something made by an actual person instead of a giant corporation. And I also know what it’s like to look at something you’d genuinely love to have and realize it simply isn’t in the budget.

I don’t think those two realities have to exist separately.

So I started building the concept for I Deserve This.

A coffee business with an accessibility program. A retail space that supports other makers without asking them to undervalue their work. And, eventually, a permanent vendor marketplace where small businesses can grow alongside each other.

Is that an extremely ambitious dream?

Absolutely. 😂

But I’m a big believer in starting with what you have and building from there.

Right now, I Deserve This is at the beginning. There’s a lot to figure out, a lot to learn, and probably approximately 700 ideas between where we are and where I want this to go.

And I want you guys to get to watch that happen.

So hi. 👋 I’m Sable.

I’m building I Deserve This, and hopefully someday we’ll be drinking coffee together in the little small-business community that currently exists mostly inside my head. ☕️🫶

So… what exactly is I Deserve This? ☕️🌎

At first glance, I Deserve This is a specialty coffee concept.

But the dream is so much bigger than coffee.

The idea behind I Deserve This is that quality shouldn’t automatically become inaccessible just because someone has a lower income. People deserve good coffee. They deserve locally made products. They deserve nice things. And small businesses deserve to be paid fairly for making them.

So we started dreaming up a different model.

Through the I Deserve This Program, we want to partner with local small businesses whose values align with ours and purchase their products at their normal wholesale pricing.

Then we take the hit.

Instead of asking a maker to lower their prices or undervalue their work, I Deserve This would intentionally take a smaller profit margin to offer select products at more accessible prices.

Coffee is only part of it.

We imagine shelves filled with products from local businesses: candles, clothing, energy drinks, animal-companion supplies, handmade goods and whatever else our community actually needs and loves.

And then there’s the big dream. ✨

Someday, we want I Deserve This to have a permanent home that isn't just a coffee shop.

We picture one property with the coffee shop, the I Deserve This retail space, and permanent small-business vendor spaces.

A little marketplace built around collaboration instead of competition.

A place where you can grab your coffee, wander through locally owned businesses, discover somebody new, support several small businesses in one trip and actually spend time in the community we're trying to build.

Because we don't want to build a successful business next to other small businesses.

We want to build something where we can succeed together.

That's I Deserve This.

It's coffee.
It's accessibility.
It's ethical sourcing.
It's supporting small businesses without asking them to sacrifice their worth.
It's community.

And someday, we hope it's a whole little place you can walk into. 🥹☕️

You deserve good things. So do the people who make them.

Sustainability is a journey, not a checkbox. 🌿

No business is perfectly sustainable.

We won't pretend to be.

But we can choose to do better, one decision at a time.

At I Deserve This, sustainability means thinking beyond today. It means asking how our choices affect people, communities, and the environment—not just our bottom line.

That might look like choosing ethically sourced ingredients, partnering with businesses that prioritize responsible practices, reducing unnecessary waste, selecting reusable or recyclable materials whenever possible, and building with longevity in mind instead of convenience.

It also means recognizing that sustainability and accessibility should work together.

Making environmentally conscious choices shouldn't automatically make products unattainable for everyday families. We believe it's possible to pursue both, and we're committed to finding that balance.

As we grow, we'll continue learning, improving, and making changes that better reflect our values.

We won't always get it perfect.

But we'll always be intentional.

Because taking care of our community also means taking care of the world we share.

Transparency isn't a marketing strategy. It's a promise.

If we're asking you to believe in this vision, we believe you deserve honesty in return.

That means we'll be open about where we're succeeding, where we're struggling, and where we're headed next.

We'll share our fundraising goals and how those funds are being used.

We'll celebrate milestones with you.

We'll acknowledge setbacks when they happen.

We'll explain why we make the decisions we do, from choosing suppliers to partnering with small businesses that share our values.

Will we be perfect?

No.

We'll make mistakes, learn, adapt, and continue growing.

But we'll never pretend to have all the answers or hide behind carefully polished updates.

This community deserves better than that.

Our hope is that, over time, you'll come to see I Deserve This as more than a coffee shop.

We want it to be a place built on trust, where you know your support is valued, your questions are welcome, and your voice matters.

Thank you for following along from the very beginning.

We're excited to build this together.

Your Best. Our Best. We're in this together.

Yes... I know this video is very obviously a TikTok introduction. 😂 But I figured it deserved a home here too.

If you're new to I Deserve This, welcome! ☕❤️
In this video, I'm introducing myself, sharing why I started this dream, and talking about what you can expect from this page as we build it from the ground up.

This account is going to be a mix of behind-the-scenes moments, honest conversations about starting a business, coffee, community, and all the highs (and inevitable challenges) that come with chasing a dream.
I'm so happy you're here, and I can't wait to share this journey with you. ✨

Why coffee?

People have asked why I chose to build a coffee shop.

The honest answer is... I don't think I ever really chose coffee.

Coffee chose me.

Some of my favorite memories growing up revolve around a cup of coffee and my dad. He introduced me to a world that was so much bigger than what was in the mug. He taught me that coffee wasn't just caffeine—it was slowing down, spending time together, asking questions, telling stories, and appreciating the work that went into every cup.

When he passed away during my high school years, I carried that love with me.

Over the years, I immersed myself in coffee. I learned about brewing methods, origins, roasting, extraction, and the incredible people behind every bean. Coffee became more than a hobby. It became something that connected me to some of my happiest memories.

Now, years later, I want to share that feeling with others.

Not just through coffee itself, but through the kind of space coffee creates.

A place where conversations happen.

Where small businesses lift each other up.

Where neighbors become friends.

Where someone can sit with a handcrafted drink and feel like they belong.

Coffee is simply how this story begins.

Community is where I hope it leads.

I think that's why this dream feels so personal to me. Every cup we hope to serve is a small way of honoring the person who first showed me that coffee could bring people together.

Your Best. Our Best. We're in this together.

Crowdfunding can be an amazing way to turn a dream into reality—but it's also something we believe should be approached with complete transparency.

In this video, I'm sharing why we've chosen to crowdfund I Deserve This, what it means to us, and why we believe it's the right path forward.

If you'd like to learn more about our vision and follow our journey, be sure to check out our website. Every share, follow, and word of encouragement helps more than you know. ❤️

What does accessibility mean to us?

When we talk about accessibility, we're talking about the ability to participate.

To enjoy.

To choose.

To experience quality without feeling like it's out of reach.

Too often, people are told to settle.

To buy the version with lower-quality ingredients because it's cheaper.

To skip supporting a local artisan because it's outside the budget.

To believe that thoughtfully made, ethically sourced products are only for people with extra money to spend.

We don't believe that should be the standard.

At I Deserve This, we're building toward a future where more people can access products made with care—not because the creators earn less, but because we're willing to earn less on those products ourselves.

We believe quality shouldn't feel exclusive.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to choose products they feel good about.

And we believe that making quality more accessible strengthens our entire community.

This vision won't happen overnight.

But every conversation, every partnership, and every step forward brings us closer.

Because everyone deserves more than the bare minimum.

Your Best. Our Best. We're in this together.
