First time cooking at Redwood
I’ve been dreaming up a dinner that bridges my Caribbean roots with the bold, fresh flavors of Lao cooking. On September 26th, we’re setting the tables for a one-night-only mashup: smoky poussin, sticky rice, herbs piled high, tamarind, coconut, and more.
