We get asked this a lot—what kind of chicken do we use?

At Nong’s, we use Mary’s Chicken.
✔️ Humanely raised
✔️ No added hormones
✔️ Raised with care in California

It matters to us where our food comes from. Always has.

This video is a little piece of our story.

Years ago, we made this to show people how to eat Khao Man G*i — simple food, made with care, meant to be enjoyed slowly. Since then, so much has changed… but the heart of it never has.

Chicken. Rice. Sauce. Soup. Love.

Some things never go out of style. 🤍
