At Bruno's, we love looking back through old photos, family memories, and the moments that built this place. Ten years ago, The Maine Mag spent an evening with the Napolitano family at the restaurant. They sat in the kitchen while Bob's sauce simmered in an enormous pot. When they asked what was in it besides tomatoes, he just smiled. The kitchen has grown since then and a lot has changed, but the family recipes, the from scratch cooking, and the Napolitanos running the show are all still the same.
