Located at 543 Deering Avenue in the heart of Portland, Maine the Bayou Kitchen is a unique restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. But don’t pass up the incredible omelets, pancakes (which are bigger than your head), French toast and the fantastic homemade corned beef hash. The cornbread is always fresh and the atmosphere is funky Portland fun.

Hey everyone, today, June 1st, marks our 20 year anniversary of owning The Bayou Kitchen! We just wanted to say how grateful we are to the incredible customers and employees we have had along the way because you all have made this possible. It’s been an incredible to be able to create the community we have and we are looking forward to continuing serving Portland and making people happy one meal at a time. Thank you everybody!
