A little burst of spring is happening in the oven. Stop is for your Ube Macaroons or Pecan Pie, Bread Pudding, Rice Pudding...it all goes well with Haitian Coffee that is steeped and never brewed. All made in house and VEGAN. The Rice Pudding, The Pecan pie and the The Ube Macaroons are gluten free as well

The bread pudding is just about to come out of the oven and along the with the rice pudding, the smell in here is wonderful! I also have Pecan Pie tarts and I am making coconut flan so stop by dessert or coffee anytime.

And PS. there are no raisins in the bread pudding. I topped it with caramelized apples. For, reasons, yes.

You know what, as unbelievable as this sounds, every dish in this restaurant has a story. Even the spices have a story, and I am dying to tell it to each and every one of you. Really. That is a little hard to do with delivery but what would happen if I served dinner in courses, and explained why something was added and maybe why something traditional was not included. Would you want to make reservations for that? As a Chef, when I leave a dish at the table without; explaining it I feel like the process is not complete like the passing of the baton has not happened.. Like I abandoned my dish without explaining what makes it wonderful.

Do folks want to know how the food arrived on their plates? Not to get longwinded, but every dish has a story.?? Thoughts?
