Sammy's is updating our menu! Beginning this Thursday, February 24th, our menu is as follows;
Leek and Potato Soup/sourdough bread bowl

Authentic housemade German Schnitzel served with European style housemade double-fried French fries
Cheeseburger Macaroni - A Chef Nicholas signature dish. Ground sirloin and selection of fine cheeses; definitely not like the stuff that comes in a box!
Bistro Grilled Cheese with Bacon and Caramelized onions: Swiss, Cheddar and Gruyere cheeses with crispy applewood smoked bacon and caramelized onions on grilled rustic sourdough.
Fettucini Alfredo: housemade pasta with Chef Nicholas's signature creamy Alfredo
Chicken parmesan: hand-breaded chicken breast fried to perfection topped with parmesan and housemade marinara
Chicken parmesan sandwich: our housemade chicken parmesan
served on rustic Italian baguette

Looking forward to March: Sammy's will be offering two specials: Beef and Guinness Stew, and house-brined corned beef. Corned beef will be available as a sandwich on Sour-Rye, or served as an entree with cabbage, carrots and potatoes.
Watch for our upcoming Spring and Summer menu, which will feature salads made from local organic produce, as well as light summer soups, pastas and sandwiches. There's a rumor that Chef Nicholas's signature Gumbo will make an appearance as a Summer Special.
