Had a full circle moment today! At my last job, I worked as a graphic designer for a planning and engineering firm specializing in active transportation. I worked on various projects, including wayfinding systems. Word got out at the park about my experience, and I was asked to join Tigard’s Wayfinding Advisory Team! It was great to sit in and contribute to the long term developments in downtown Tigard as a designer and a local business owner. Thank you ! A key reason I joined was to advocate for my Launch Pod family and future cart operators, aiming to improve downtown signage so everyone knows we’re here!

On Saturday, we had a nice surprise visit from Earnest and Yuri of . We have been using their miso for years at home and for a few years for our ice cream in our caramel and now our Miso Brown Butter Pretzel flavor. It was so wonderful to meet them and talk with them. What a lovely and kind couple. If you haven’t read their story you have to visit their website and read the long version of their history. You will see why their miso is outstanding—made with the best care using high-quality ingredients over the last 20 years. Thank you for visiting our cart in the rain!
