What an absolute honor it was to plan, prepare, and coordinate Bruce & Hailey’s wedding day!
From the very beginning, their vision was so special: coastal Maine charm, elevated gold details, a floral ceremony ground arch, the water as a backdrop, and a true Maine experience for guests who had traveled from near and far.
But creating a wedding like this is so much more than what you see when the doors open.
It’s sourcing flowers and building the arrangements. It’s choosing linens, place settings, and every little detail on the tables. It’s writing and coordinating the ceremony script, working through timelines, communicating with vendors, setting up, troubleshooting, adjusting, and making a hundred tiny decisions behind the scenes so that, when the couple arrives, everything simply feels effortless.
And what a dream team it was — an absolutely beautiful venue, incredible florals, a badass photographer, a killer DJ, and the most delicious Maine-inspired meal for a room full of people experiencing Maine together.
Bruce & Hailey, thank you for trusting me with something so incredibly important. Thank you for giving me the freedom to create, the confidence to run with your vision, and the opportunity to be involved in so many pieces of your day. It was truly such a joy to watch all of those little details come together to create something that felt entirely you.
Getting to help make your dream wedding a reality was an honor I won’t forget.
