THIS IS SAGANAKI.....AMAZING!!!!!!!! IT'S KEFALOGRAVIERA CHEESE LIGHTLY DREDGED IN FLOUR, THEN PAN-FRIED IN OLIVE OIL...LASTLY THEY POUR COGNAC ALL OVER IT AND SET IT ON FIRE....THE SERVER WILL EXTINGUISH THE FIRE TABLE SIDE BY SQUEEZING FRESH LEMON ON IT!!!!! OPA!!! ENJOY IT WITH FRESH BREAD!!!
