Premo’s Toys and Cantina We are a small family business located in the heart of Portland. We sell hard to find and collectible toys. Restaurant not currently open.

We have a little of everything and you can be sure to take a trip down memory lane with our toys newer and older. Our main door entrance is located on Couch st. We are under Sudra restaurant.

Extra thankful this year! Super bummed my wife can’t be at home this year for Thanksgiving but more then grateful she had a successful surgery and recovering. This has been such a challenging, stressful and scary year. Through all of this we’ve had amazing messages of support, love and encouragement. Today we are thankful for all of you. Thankful for your help relieving some of that stress, some of those challenges and helping us fight through those scary times. Truly thank you from the bottom of hearts and happy thanksgiving to you and your families ♥️🍻

So this is going to sound like you’ve already read it and you kind of did.
They yet again pushed her surgery two days out so instead of today (as planned) it should now happen on Thursday.
I had a long conversation with her doctor today and kind of relieved my frustration on why this keeps getting pushed back. Basically what the doctor told me is that they are getting a lot of infectious fluids out of the drain tubes that they inserted over the last few days and because so much is coming out, they want to continue to utilize those drain tubes before actually opening her up to remove the remaining debris that won’t go through the drain tubes. The drain tubes take out a lot of work for the surgeons and the faster they can get in and do what they need to and get out the better for her and less chance of another infection or damaging any other organs or her remaining pancreas.
I’m going to post a picture of the fluids that are being drained out of her in the comments. These fluids are what is making her super sick, in pain all the time and won’t allow her body to heal.

Quick update. Sorry I haven’t posted sooner.
Not one but two failed surgeries soooo frusterating! Kelsea developed an infection after the surgeon accidentally ruptured one of the fluid sacks before getting her stint in which he was unable to do. She’s now been on heavy antibiotics to fight her fever and infection and has been extremely I’ll and vomiting. They won’t be able to perform another surgery until they can her infection and fever under control. Appreciate everyone’s love and support and continued prayers! ♥️♥️

My beautiful wife had surgery yesterday morning and I did not go well. She still has a lot of fluid build up by her lungs and abdomen. It makes her extremely sick, puts her in a ton of pain and continuously vomits. So the surgeons plans were to cut a hole in her stomach and place a stint for her fluids to drain into and that stint would stay for a couple of months.

Well during surgery they cut her stomach and attempted to place the stint but it would not grab. They tried a few times and in the process they punctured the sack with the built up fluids. They stopped surgery and put her on antibiotics right away so the fluids don’t cause an infection to her wound. Surgeons are going to come up with a new plan today and perform a second surgery.

If y’all can please keep my wife in your prayers that would be amazing she’s suffered so much in the last 6 months and we are ready to start a path of healing 🙏🏽
