Today is the day!! Happy dove season!!!

Bring us cleaned dove breasts, bone in or boneless. We will knock out your dove poppers for you. Breast will be seasoned in our legit proprietary seasoning blend and then tenderized before being placed on a bed of smooth cream cheese being cradled in half a jalapeño. The whole shebang will be wrapped in bacon. Will cryovac in bags of 10 poppers.

$7.99/pound on the finished product weight.

Drop off dove breasts Monday through Friday, ask for Michael.

We will not pluck/skin/clean your birds. Breasts need to be cleaned already.
