For those who are unaware, it has come time for me to step away from the restaurant business. That being said, for the time being, Rosa’s will be closed as of January 27th, 2024. I am actively trying to find a new owner that will pick up right where I left off but who will have fresh new energy which all of you deserve. I want to thank every single one of you for your continued support for my family and I, dating back to 1982 when my grandparents 1st took over Rosa’s. Please be on the look out for potential updates regarding new owners. I promise I will try and find the best hands to take over and continue on your favorite dishes. It is very bittersweet as Rosa’s is all I know but at the same time, change is calling my name.
