That is so true. So many good chefs and restaurant people in general fall victim too drugs and alcohol. There's very few jobs that are so demanding. Every minute, not every half an hour, not at the end of the day. every minute. you overcook that steak, / 1 minute, it's no longer acceptable, you undercook it by 1 minute, it's no longer acceptable the timing that is required to get a table of 4 in the window at the same time with All four entrees, all side dishes, everything that goes with.It is physically and mentally challenging.

Our suppliers anticipate that our stuffed shrimp will be restocked within the next couple of weeks, and we are happy to confirm that the price will remain unchanged. For our yellow lake perch, our team expects that the pricing and fishing will stabilize around mid-June. As you may be aware, a significant shortage of genuine yellow lake perch has occurred. Please be assured that we will not compromise on quality and will not sell products sourced from Poland or Russia; we prioritize products harvested from the Great Lakes.
