📣 IMPORTANT SUSHI LAB ANNOUNCEMENT 🍣💙
To all of our customers who placed a sushi order for this weekend, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
As many of you know, our Sushi Lab is something new that we have been working very hard to bring to our community. During this process, we were informed that an additional permit/approval is required in order for us to continue selling our sushi.
We immediately followed up with the appropriate department in Albuquerque and were hopeful that everything would be completed and ready by Friday. Unfortunately, the process has taken a little longer than expected, and we cannot move forward with this weekend’s sushi orders until everything is officially approved.
Please know that we are actively working on it.
Could we simply continue selling while we wait? That is not how we want to operate. We want to make sure Dr.K-Maron is doing things the right way and that our Sushi Lab is fully compliant with all applicable requirements from the New Mexico Environment Department.
We would rather pause temporarily, complete the process correctly, and come back knowing everything is exactly as it should be.
We truly appreciate everyone who has ordered, supported, shared, and shown so much excitement for our sushi. The response has been incredible, and we are just as anxious as you are to bring it back! 🍣🩺💙
This is NOT goodbye to Dr.K-Maron Sushi Lab — just a temporary pause while we get everything taken care of.
