Dear Portage,
Thank You for everything! Serving this town over the past 6 years has been an honor. I am grateful for the support, friendships, and lasting relationships created.
Looking back over the years brings me so much pride...especially when reflecting on the amazing staff I have had the opportunity to work with over the years. One of the greatest joys of running this business was hiring local young people...watching them start their very first jobs, grow in confidence and responsibility, navigate the balance of work/life/school/extra curricular...and begin their next stages of life as remarkable adults. Being a small part of that growth, and helping them get ready for those next stages, has made all the sacrifices I've had to endure running this business completely worth it.
While I had hoped to pass the torch to new owners to keep things going, the change of ownership unfortunately did not go through as planned. As a result, our doors will close at the end of August.
