We’re parting with our beloved Bertha, a traditional vertical smoker custom-built for us by Johnson Smokers in Ennis, Texas in 2021.

Bertha has been a rock-solid workhorse on our food trailer, riding every catering event and cook with us from the very beginning.

Key Specs & Features:

Dimensions: Approximately 2' x 2' x 6'

Cooking Space: 5 heavy-duty stainless steel grated racks with ~16 sq ft per rack (80 sq ft total usable space)

Capacity examples: 10 briskets, 20 pork shoulders, or 15 racks of ribs or any combination you can think of.

Weight: ~1,000 lbs

Construction: Bomb-proof build with a cement firebox and ¼-inch steel plating throughout
