It’s holiday season in Port Washington, meaning you’ll have two opportunities to catch us come Fish Day. Double dip if you must. We’ll begin the day at our home at and then will head over to Veteran’s Park afterwards to put the brand new cold brew cart to work. How could we serve cold brew to Fish-Day-goers and not include the Valencian cold brew? Happy holidays!

How about another round of pour overs this coming Sunday, the 12th?

This time we will be showcasing Wilton Benitez’s Orange Bourbon out of Colombia.

With this special coffee, tasting notes of Froot Loops, Orange creamsicle, meyer lemon, and purple florals can be attributed to Benitez’s innovative processing techniques as he worked a career as a chemical engineer prior to becoming a high-end coffee grower.

The crew will be busy celebrating the newlyweds and enjoying some much needed time off after a busy start to the summer season.
