Locally sourced, internationally inspired, organic and delicious. Chris and Thais have been travelling, eating and working in restaurants for 13 years. In 2013 they opened Clandestino, a small hand designed trailer parked at the confluence of river and sea at the colonial town of Paraty in Brazil. Barbarian also comes from the marriage of a Brazilian and an Alaska man.
