Current obsession: our refreshers. 💙

With it being approximately one million degrees outside 🥵, this one’s been hitting the spot. Blue Raspberry with Red Bull is a favorite, but you can also get it with Sprite or sparkling water. Plus we’ve got a whole lineup of fruity flavors, so you can mix and match until you find your go-to. ☀️

Update: We survived the Fourth of July and no one quit, cried, or committed a felony. I’d call that a win!!

Beach season is still very much beach-seasoning, and we’re excited to be back at it all week long serving coffee, pastries, lunch, and whatever emotional support baked goods you require. Come keep us busy — we wouldn’t have it any other way. ☕🥐🍪😘

Well friends, it's officially THAT week!

The beach is packed, the boats are out, and we're over here baking like the Founding Fathers are coming for lunch.

We've got plenty of festive treats and easy grab-and-go favorites to keep your beach crew, boat crew, and barbecue crew happy all week long.

As predicted, our books for custom cakes and cookies are officially CLOSED for the holiday week 🙈 but don't panic — we'll have plenty of ready-to-go cakes and treats in the case all week for those last-minute celebrations.

Barista & Hospitality Associate
Bayside Bakery & Café is hiring a full-time Barista & Hospitality Associate.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with intention, and understands that the little details matter. You’ll be making drinks, helping customers, and keeping the front of house clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Early mornings are part of the job.
Position Details:
Full-time (5 days per week)
Early mornings required
Most Saturdays required
Weekly cash tips
Opportunity to grow within the company
What this role requires:
Showing up on time and ready to work
Staying calm and efficient during busy shifts
Being kind, clear, and professional with customers and your team
Taking ownership of your space and responsibilities
Caring about the quality of what you’re putting out
Experience is a plus, but not everything. We’re happy to train the right person—someone who works hard, learns quickly, and wants to be part of a solid team.
