When I bought this building years ago, I had beautiful dreams for it. I hit several road blocks, and then life hit me. Loss shook me and nearly took my dreams away. Now, here I am, with a new & brighter vision - because it is His. I have looked for every reason to not follow this dream, but He has continued to pave the way. Every piece of this journey is coming together seamlessly, and I’ve never been so sure of where God wanted me to be.

So, welcome to Local Grounds. A place where great coffee, coastal living, and genuine community come together. Built by locals and open to everyone, we believe the best memories are made with those you love. Whether you’re here for a lifetime or just for the weekend, there’s a place for you here.
