For dinner, Quail!!!! So excited for this one... 2 quail, brined and roasted, topped with a honey dijon herb sauce, on top of chicken perloo rice, w/ corn succatash.

Lunch Special of the week! I had some great friends call me up when they were in Hampton and asked me if Id like some watermelon... and yes, yes i did. So for the killer hot summer, Watermelon Gaspacho to cool you off... Lots of watermelon, tomato, red onion, green onion, ginger, garlic, touch of fresno chili (the gaspacho is not spicy), cucumber, and mint. Touch of olive oil on the finish.
