Chef Adam was the Corporate Chef for a Fresh Gourmet low-glycemic meal delivery company in the New York Tri-State area, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Florida. Chef Adam is bringing his gourmet and healthy prepared meal knowledge to our area. Adam's Kitchen is now offering "Chefs Fresh Delivery".
Our plan consist of 4-6 oz. lean protein, 8-10 oz. of complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits and vegetables. The plan ranges from 300-500 calories per meal and 100-200 calorie snacks.

Pricing options .
*Weekends not included but can be added and delivered on Friday

Meals $10 each ( breakfast, lunch, dinner )
snacks 3.00 each (min daily delivery $25.00)

Weekly rate- 5 Days *Weekends not included
3 meals 2 snacks perd day - $164.75 per week

Monthly rate - 20 Days *Weekends not included
3 meals 2 snacks per day - $600 per month
