Hello?!? This thing on? 🎤 😆 I thought I would update y'all on how things are going in our world! We could not have asked for a better new beginning for us after the Truck. We love our new careers, and our kids love us being home more. ❤️ Although that hasn't stopped me from continuing to rock out cakes and cheesecakes. (How could I stop after making some kids birthday cakes for years!) We are missed, maybe not us, but our food definitely is! 😋 🤣 For those that have my personal cell phone number, you can continue to order cakes and Cheesecakes from me that way! Where do I even begin?! Who am I kidding, prepare for a long read, because how can I fit this much time into 1 post?

The amount of LOVE that was shown is just surreal. You guys make us feel like local celebrities! We can't thank you enough for how much everyone has supported us over the years. I wish I could tag each and every one of you, cause I probably know your name and what you ordered last 😂. You enjoyed our creativity so much we were able to run our business for almost 7 years! That says alot. We have lived the American Dream. Set a goal, make it happen, kill it and enjoy every single moment.

But everything happens for a reason. We have chosen this reason for our family. I can't stress that enough. Life & work balance is so important to a happy life. Family is #1! Im So thankful that Nate and I were able to do exactly what we wanted and said we were gonna do. We are SO proud of the business and partnership we have created.

We were showered with support, gifts, friendship, love and generosity (Record breaking week!!!) We can't thank you enough. How proud we are to see you guys rocking them Sweets-N-Eats Tshirts. Who would have thought someone would want to wear a Tshirt representing something we created?! Pretty freaking awesome. So thank you.

One thing that really sticks out when we think about the food truck coming to an end is Friendships. We have been welcomed with open arms into groups of friends we have made for life. That is the best feeling. We will always be "Sweets-N-Eats" We get to live on through our new friends, and people who have become friends over enjoying our food every week.

We are also thankful for our good friend and Sous Chef, Brody. Always showed up for us when we needed him the most! Weddings, events, brunches and every Friday night. Couldn't have done it without the bearded wonder!

We aren't disappearing tho! Chef Kristen is keeping the cake and baked good business going. I'll post soon on some Holiday treats! Chef Nate has agreed to be my pastry assistant 😂

You never know whats next! We are looking forward to the future and feeling grateful for the past. ❤️

We never really knew when this day would come. We figured we would be old and gray, ready to retire when it was our last time out on the truck. But life changes and we are rolling with the punches! We love what we do, and we can't thank yall enough for the love and support over the last 6.5 years ❤️

You guys have cleaned out our coolers every day this week. It's been incredible. So tonight should be no different! Let's show OBC the love they deserve and come give us a happy heartfelt goodbye over beers tonight 🍻

Chef only has 10 bottles of hot sauce left! And we are marking the tshirts and tanks to 50% off!
