This is center cut, Barrel cut, filet mignon (tenderloin) that you can cut with a fork… go try to find this quality at the store. Good luck. However, I have them available every day…. I am headed to Buffalo, NY for two weeks then I’ll be in Pennsylvania starting on or before June 17th, then back in Florida by July 1st… send me a message if you want anything during the time I am in those locations. It will be 25 years this August, that I have been selling meat and seafood packages through my company Chef’s Choice. Moving forward I would like to get regular customers who order once a month and live in Volusia County, Florida. There are a number of different items I carry, and will be developing a full menu and website shortly, but for the time being this is what is available. These assortment packages are delivered right to your door or business, and provide good quality and convenience. The individual vacuum seal makes it easy to plan exactly what you want and need for your meal, regardless of the party size being served.
