Sooooooo…..:: the census among the employees is : it’s too damn hot to work (sorry for the language ) so we will be shutting down at 5pm today (Tuesday July 14th)
Sorry 😞 but I’m not gonna have my employees fall over and pass out serving tacos today

Tomorrow the heat index will be over 100 degrees! Now normally I would shut down the diner after five (cause the sun hits and warms up the front to where the a/c doesn’t feel like it’s working) however the employees asked me to stay open and I did a voluntary workforce for tomorrow afternoon. So what is this post about? I would like to ask my customers to be patient and nice if food is coming out slower or it’s not as comfortable sitting inside … just be understanding all the way around ! Thank you 😊 You guys are the best 😎

Just reminding everyone that we will be closed this Saturday for every shift (mornings, afternoons and midnights) and we will reopen at 6am on Sunday the 21st so everyone at the diner can celebrate with me at my wedding this Saturday

Memorial Day there is a car show in our parking lot to raise funds for Vietnam vets
We are raffling off this bbq package and all ticket sales will go directly to the vets !

It’s a month away so I might as well let the customers know that we won’t be open at all on June 20th so all of the employees can relax and have fun at mine and Michael’s wedding 🥰
