Honestly long over due. But have been open later at night. I've been in talks with my old friend Mark Lewandowski he is gonna hook everything up and after the wedding last week. Definitely needed. Thanks to all for the support without you all there would be no ability to make progress. Also adding a plug and switch on the front to have electrical access for a light for the oven. Will be good for visibility security and just over all. Very happy about this. Thanks Mark !!

A master at his craft. His oven is a masterpiece. His grandfather built the restaurant and the home around this oven. It has fed three generations of his family and countless generations of people in the community.
Watching his material online has enhanced my life and Pizza making ability.
