You’ve been asking, I’ve been listening. Now taking orders for Chimichurri and Salsa de Cebolla (onion sauce) from now until monday 11 a.m.

Chimichurri is a flavorful mix of parsley 🌿 , oil and vinegar with fresh diced onion 🧅 , garlic 🧄 and spices and can be used as a marinade or topping on any dish! - 6 oz container $8

Salsa de Cebolla (onion sauce) packs a punch with finely chopped onions 🧅 Lime juice 🍋‍🟩, Tomatoes🍅, and Jalapeño! Delicious for any meat toppings or rice dishes. -6 oz container $9

Hey everyone! I’m coming in with some great news, and I’m really excited to share it. We are in the process of securing a kitchen and are working on making all of you favorite foods available for pre- order and purchase. These will only be available a few times a month since I will be going back to work full time. Also, with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and not wanting to rush, we will be waiting until after the first of the year because all good things take time! We will have most of the menu favorites available in family style portions, and all of your favorite sauces available in 8 oz containers. We are even adding some new things like Nacatamal (Nicaraguan Tamales), and queque de Cristal (crystal cake).

Thank you to everyone who has been so encouraging and still remains supportive even through all the chaos! We love you, appreciate you and can’t wait to see you! Keep your eyes peeled 👀

We started business over a year ago, and not being in a brick and mortar does not take away from being able to celebrate that…….here is to many more opportunities and many more years ahead!

Good morning everyone! These last couple of days have been a little rough, but It never takes me long to bounce back. Especially since I have received so
much encouragement and positive words from all of you.

I just want to reiterate; The food, the brand, the love that is put in to this, It isn’t going anywhere. Just the location didn’t work out. There will be catering available under the Doña Marina’s name, alongside a another catering company that will offer more traditional fare along with Sunday brunch options and non alcoholic bar services. We also look forward to having a store front again down the road.

I’m taking time to regroup, reevaluate, and sort out some things in my life that had to take a backseat. I look forward to spending time with my family, and to continue my work with Seed & Soul Society, and the Hispanic Alliance of Southeastern Michigan.

Stay tuned everyone and keep following to see what exciting things we do in the meantime.
