We often get asked at The Chill Zone, "Who owns the building next door, and what is it used for?"

After a few years of negotiating, we can now answer those questions a little differently:
1. Who?: We are the new owners!
2. What?: Short answer: Nothing (for now 🙂)! Long answer: We are going to focus on what is needed to preserve the building, giving attention to structural repairs and sprucing it up! Making sure she is good as new, which will more than likely take several years to accomplish.

And, you will get to see progress as it is being made! Because...

The Chill Zone opens for the season on Friday, May 1st! Stay tuned for more details as we prepare for opening day.
