What a beautiful weekend at the Berlin Harvest Festival & Rib Cook Off and to top it off we got 1ST PLACE

This past week has been the busiest week of my life trying to get ready and prep for the weekend but what a reward it was to see how everyone and everything flowed together like a well oiled machine!

One thing I want to say is thank you to my family without them this weekend wouldn’t have happened

But through all the adversity, stress, clinically insane work hours and problems we came out on top!

To be honest I don’t know what feels better - knowing that we sold 200 plus racks of ribs 200lbs of Mac and cheese 100lbs of beans 90lbs of both pulled pork and brisket all in 2 days or getting the 1st place in my first rib cook off!

Once again thank you to everyone at the Berlin harvest fest for being such genuine people I’ll be back next year!

Bittersweet day today it’s our last day here at off the rock it’s been a fantastic summer here serving everyone I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality!!
