Join us at Gideon Owen W**e Company for a special End-of-Harvest W**e Dinner celebrating another season in the vineyard and cellar.
Enjoy an intimate six-course culinary experience, with each course thoughtfully paired with a Gideon Owen w**e. Throughout the evening, we’ll share harvest updates, w**emaking insights, and the story behind each pairing.
For the main course, choose from Beef Tenderloin, Red W**e Braised Short Rib, or Roasted Cauliflower, paired with our Vault No. 4 Red Blend 2024. We’ll finish the evening on a sweet note with dessert paired with our limited-edition Chambourcin Ice W**e.
